Meal Plans

Get ready for a culinary adventure as we announce the collaboration with Michelle Heberling from Supper’s On! Michelle, crafts menus that embrace sustainably grown, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients.  All aimed at enhancing brain clarity, digestion and energy levels. Specializing in fermented foods, her creations are a treat for the taste buds and a boost for your well-being. This isn't the first time Michelle has teamed up with our venue, Heartland Collective, and we're thrilled to share that she's brought a colony of bees to join us on the land. Get ready to savor a feast that not only delights your senses but also supports a commitment to sustainability and culinary excellence.

We have two meal plan options: vegan and meat. The base of each meal is vegan at heart; you will be able to self-select which ingredients you would like to enjoy based on your own personal constitution as well as add vegan and meat proteins/options.

**Fermenting chickpeas can remove up to 96% of their phytic acid, which prevents the body from absorbing minerals. The fermentation process also develops probiotic bacteria that help with digestion and regulate stomach acid.

*** Probiotic organic fermented beans - are beans that have been soaked for 24 hours, cooked, then fermented 4 days.  This reduces bloat.  It also reduces  the beans antinutrient properties that block the absorption of vitamins and minerals. By fermenting you increase the beneficial plant compounds, helping your body absorb the nutrients in beans like fiber.  Also worth noting - I add ginger and turmeric which also help to further eliminate sugars that cause bloat.
