This 2 hour journey combines “Coach Yari’s” 20+ year expertise of embodied somatic practices, fascial manouvers, breathwork, EFT (emotional freedom technique) to unlock your body’s movement potential to then unleash you into a full NONSTOP DANCING HOUR of primal rhythms that make you wanna go- mmmm! My friend,
I know the world is getting weird and uncertain out there. You’ve likely been cozy, deep in your cocoon, maybe even full-on hermit mode. But it’s time to step out—‘cause weird uncertain times call for a different kind of energy—one that shakes you up in the best way and plugs you back into your body.
Basically, God was like, “Hey Yari, go shake sh*t up. Interrupt the autopilot. Unleash the people. Then a friend said “Yari, you should put on Unleash! 3 x a week.” Haha! I was like bissshhh you be crazy, but all that to say it planted the seed and I felt it—this collective heaviness...
Between the political chaos, ATX’s rainy cold gloomy-ass weather, and the deeply heartbreaking situations going on in the world, and then on top, add your own internal stuff…ufff. I know it can pull us down to stir up fear, overwhelm, feel stuck, stressed, unmotivated, and disconnect you from yourself. SOOO….Now is the MOST IMPORTANT TIME to stay connected to your body and to spaces that breed love, expansion, permission for full emotional expression, and deep, heart-centered community.
We do need more spaces to get wild, loose, and be in dope community. So I listened to the message and created it. Not a big-ass production like my other ones, just a space to move, play, and vibe to beats I rarely hear out here in ATX. And trust, a Tuesday night throwdown will shake up your whole week. Plus using my wealth of movement knowledge, I’ll also get to teach you some maneuvers to unlock your body so you can dance and express even better!
